Mixed Cocktails
Mixed cocktails are probably the easiest to create are well suited for the novice bartender. They can be made in batches, which makes them ideal for parties or casual gatherings. It doesn’t get much simpler than the mixed drink and in many cases it doesn’t get much better either.
Beija Madras
2 oz. Beija Cachaca
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
Pour Beija and orange juice into a highball glass over ice. Fill the rest of the glass with cranberry juice and garnish with lime wedge.
Beija Soda
2 oz. Beija
2 1/2 oz. Soda Water
Pour Beija into highball glass with ice. Top with Soda water, or tonic if you prefer, garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
Beija on the Rocks
2.5 oz. Beija
Pour Beija into an Old-Fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Mezcal Cafe su Da
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 oz. Strong Coffee (COLD)
Add Beija, Condensed Milk and Coffee to a large glass with a lot of ice. Stir and enjoy!
Beija Candiru
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Gin
6 oz. Tonic Water
Add Beija, Gin and Tonic Water to a tall glass with ice, stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
Beija Blackwater Fever
1 oz. Beija
Juice of one Lime
4 oz. Tonic Water
Pour into chilled highball glass over ice (rim the glass with lime juice and salt if you desire). Enjoy!
Sao Paulo Chief of Station
1 oz. Beija
3 oz. Dry Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with lemon zest (for a nice touch a flaming zest before is a lovely touch).
Beija Bull
2 oz. Beija
4 oz. Redbull
1/2 oz. Chambord
Pour Beija and Redbull into a glass with ice, top with Chambord. Enjoy!
Beija XXX
3 oz. Beija
4 oz. Vitamin Water XXX
Pour Beija and Vitamin Water into a glass with ice, garnish with Mint Sprig or Lime. Enjoy!
Brazilian Sunrise
2 oz. Beija
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Pour Beija and Pineapple Juice into a glass with ice, top with Cranberry Juice. Enjoy!
