1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 oz. Strong Coffee (COLD)
Add Beija, Condensed Milk and Coffee to a large glass with a lot of ice. Stir and enjoy!
Beija Candiru
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Gin
6 oz. Tonic Water
Add Beija, Gin and Tonic Water to a tall glass with ice, stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
Beija Blackwater Fever
1 oz. Beija
Juice of one Lime
4 oz. Tonic Water
Pour into chilled highball glass over ice (rim the glass with lime juice and salt if you desire). Enjoy!
Sao Paulo Chief of Station
1 oz. Beija
3 oz. Dry Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with lemon zest (for a nice touch a flaming zest before is a lovely touch).
Picador
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Dry Picador
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Rosa's Tears
1 oz. Beija
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Dahses Regans No. 6 (Orange Bitters)
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Mestiso
2 oz. Beija
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
1 egg white
Orange Bitters
Add Beija, Vermouth, St. Germain, and egg white to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for approx 30 seconds. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass. Add 2-3 drops of bitters on top of foam. Enjoy!
