Vintage Caipirinha
3 oz. Beija Cachaca
1/2 Lime, sliced
Coke
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Muddle lime with simple syrup. Add ice and Beija. Shake. Pour contents into a collins glass and add a splash of coke. Garnish with Lime.
Lychee Martini
3 oz. Beija
1 oz. Lychee Puree
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Shake ingredients over ice and serve in an iced martini glass. Garnish with skewered cherry and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
Blueberry Lemonade
2 oz. Beija
2 oz. Stolichnaya Blueberry Vodka
1/2 Lime, sliced
5-7 Blueberries
Muddle lemon and blueberries. Add Beija, Stoli and ice. Shake and pour contents into a collins glass.
Beija Banana Float
3 oz. Beija
1 oz. Banana Puree
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
Meyers Rum
Cherry
Add Beija, banana puree, Creme de Banana to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Pour a small amount of Meyers Rum over a spoon as a float and garnish with a cherry.
Strawberry Kiwi Martini
2.5 oz. Beija
1 oz. Stolichnaya Strawberry Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Kiwi Puree
Strawberry Sorbet
Add Beija, Stoli, Triple sec, and kiwi puree to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a small scoop of strawberry sorbet and garnish with kiwi slice.
