Beija Cereja
2 oz. Beija Cachaca
1/2 oz. Punt e Mes
1/2 oz. Luxardo
Add Beija, Punt e Mes, Luxardo to shaker filled with ice. Zest orange oil into shaker. Shake. Zest orange into chilled martini glass. Pour. Serve. Enjoy!
Lychee Martini
3 oz. Beija
1 oz. Lychee Puree
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Shake ingredients over ice and serve in an iced martini glass. Garnish with skewered cherry and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
Strawberry Kiwi Martini
2.5 oz. Beija
1 oz. Stolichnaya Strawberry Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Kiwi Puree
Strawberry Sorbet
Add Beija, Stoli, Triple sec, and kiwi puree to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add a small scoop of strawberry sorbet and garnish with kiwi slice.
Beija Banana Float
3 oz. Beija
1 oz. Banana Puree
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana
Meyers Rum
Cherry
Add Beija, banana puree, Creme de Banana to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Pour a small amount of Meyers Rum over a spoon as a float and garnish with a cherry.
Picador
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Dry Picador
1 oz. Beija
1 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Rosa's Tears
1 oz. Beija
3/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Dahses Regans No. 6 (Orange Bitters)
Combine in shaker over ice, shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
Mestiso
2 oz. Beija
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
1 egg white
Orange Bitters
Add Beija, Vermouth, St. Germain, and egg white to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for approx 30 seconds. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass. Add 2-3 drops of bitters on top of foam. Enjoy!
Pisco Sour
2 oz. Beija
1 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Add Beija, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, and egg white to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for approx 30 seconds. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
